The Sweeping Developer Network (The Network) is a network of websites (The Sites). The Dude refers to the guy managing these websites. In order to be
compliant with various rules and regulations, and should they become laws, The Dude presents to you this privacy policy.
What personal information does The Dude collect and for what reason?
The Dude collects the following information through The Sites for experimental purposes and to facilitate a good user experience:
- E-mail address (Users can submit a fake one on the sign up page, however, if it contains your first and last name, you hereby accept that you have given me your first and last name.)
- Username (The Dude highly discourages inputting personal information on The Sites. To do so is at your own risk.)
- Password (The Dude highly discourages inputting personal information on The Sites. To do so it at your own risk.)
The Dude also collects user birth dates in order to comply with various child privacy laws. The birth dates are used to verify a user's age, as some content on The Sites is
age-restricted. The birth dates are encrypted as a numerical code based on a secret epoch date (The Date). The Dude will not disclose The Date to anyone unless required by earthly law or Biblical commandment.

The Dude collects the following information through The Sites to run various promotions and contests if the Dude decides to run one:

- Last name (upon request)
- E-mail address (if it contains your first and last name, you hereby accept that you have given me your first and last name.)

What does The Dude do when he's done with that personal information?
The following paragraph only applies to Subsection CONTEST: If the purpose for that personal information collection has been satisfied, unless giver of personal information says otherwise,
The Dude will make reasonable efforts to delete this information. The Sites and The Dude makes no guarantees that your personal
information will be eliminated from the consciousness from The Dude forever.
Will this information be transferred to third-parties?
Only if the giver of personal information says it's OK, or if The Dude asks, and the giver says it's OK. Or if the law and/or The Elohim of AIJ says
I have to. Otherwise, no.
Will The Sites give you a cookie?
If it's an electronic cookie that is put on your hard drive to enhance your user experience, yes. Now, as for an ooey gooey baked treat, um...he doubts it. The Dude can't bake a cookie on the Internet.
Can any personal information you give be modified or deleted?
Sure. Just send an e-mail to The Dude to get things straightened out.

ANY INFORMATION YOU ENTER IN THE APPS ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER. EVEN THOUGH IT IS THE POLICY OF THE SWEEPING
DEVELOPER TO NOT USE ANY DATA GENERATED BY OTHER USERS ON THEIR OWN DEVICE, THE DUDE WAIVES ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL MISUSE OF
DATA GENERATED BY THE APPS, OR ADVERSE EFFECTS TO THE DEVICE BECAUSE OF USE OF THE APPS AND/OR THE DATA THE APPS GENERATE.
What personal information do The Apps collect and for what reason?
The Apps generate a series of strings and integers referring to personal data you enter through The Apps. They are used to
provide useful information for the user. Sometimes, The Apps have the ability to export their data to an alternate format.
Doing so is solely up to the user.
What does The Dude do with this personal information?
The Dude does not use this personal information at all, because the personal information stored on the user's device stays
on the device, until the specific file is either deleted, or any of The Apps using such data are uninstalled. As for exported
data as mentioned in the previous question, The Dude never sees it nor uses it. Use of such data is solely up to the user.
Will this information be transferred to third-parties?
The Dude himself does not transfer this information to third-parties. Any transfer of a user's information to third-parties
are solely the responsibility of the user.
Will The Apps give you a cookie?
If it's an electronic cookie that is put on your hard drive to enhance your user experience, no. No cookies of this kind are
used in any of The Apps as far as The Dude is concerned. As for an ooey gooey baked treat, um...he doubts it. The Dude still
can't bake a cookie on the Internet.
Can any personal information you give be modified or deleted?
Yes. The user can modify and/or delete their personal information at any time, because the information is solely on
their device, unless transfered elsewhere, as directed solely by the user of the device.
